It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Our returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We only offer refunds in case of manufacturing defects or damages. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it along with the original packaging and invoice.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
