HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We offer complimentary shipping for all orders throughout India. As for international orders, shipping costs will be added during checkout. Packages will arrive to your door via major courier companies and local courier partners.

DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES AND TAXES?

We do not cover customs duties and other related taxes for international shipments. You will have to pay additional fees beyond the product price.

WHEN WILL MY PURCHASE SHIP?

We want you to have your new LOVEY purchase as soon as possible, so in-stock items typically ship out 3-5 business days after the order is placed (or if it’s a pre-order, then on the date specified on the product page).

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an automated email containing tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that it takes up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear, so please do not be alarmed if your package isn’t immediately “in transit.”

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We hope you’ll love your order, but if it isn’t quite right returning to us is easy. You can return unused items in their original packaging to us within 7 days of receipt in order to be eligible for an exchange. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on sale items! Simply contact us using the form on the "Contact Us" page under the "Info" menu to start an exchange, our team will assist you.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?

Delivery takes between 3-5 business days for domestic shipments and 7-10 days for international shipments depending on your location, please check the list below for information.
