4. ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE FROM THE WEBSITE

In the unlikely event of this occurring, you shall be entitled to cancel the order at any time before delivery.

6. PAYMENT

a. Payment can be made through: Major credit and debit cards through user accounts, Net Banking, Cash On Delivery. (COD – Only available in India).
b. When you pay for your order by card: Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before the dispatch of the Goods to you. We also carry out certain checks which include obtaining authorisation from your card issuer to ensure you have adequate funds and for security reasons. This may involve validating your name, address and other information supplied by you during the order process.
c. 7. SHIPPING

a. We provide FREE SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA. For international purchases we pass on the shipping charges to the consumer.
b. Your goods will normally be shipped from LOVEY within 3 working days. The goods will be sent to you by a reputed and professional carrier. You will receive a tracking number once the order is shipped. The tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order.
c. We are not responsible for any delays the carrier might have in delivering the goods, however caused. If your delivery is delayed by our end, you will be informed as soon as we are aware, and advised as to whether the delivery can be made.
d. Once you have received the goods, you should, as soon as you can, check that the delivery is in accordance with the order confirmation, if the goods have been damaged under transportation or if the goods otherwise have any defects or missing parts.

8. CUSTOM & IMPORT DUTIES

a. Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. LOVEY is not responsible for any import duties or fees charged upon arrival to any country. Shipment is sent with duties unpaid.

9. LOVEY WARRANTY

a. If the goods have defects or items are missing you may request an exchange, or a refund.
b. The defects must have existed when the goods came into your possession. You may report to us defects in the goods in writing.
c. You have a 15 days claim deadline.
d. We will confirm in writing the receipt of all claims along with the receipt of all goods returned.
